Life story

When David Brooker was born in April 1882 in Worthing, Sussex, his father, Richard Sayers, a carpenter and insurance agent, was 38 and his mother, Hannah Oclee, was 44. He had four brothers and four sisters. He died in March 1883 aged 11 months in Worthing and was buried in Heene Cemetery in a service officiated by the Rev. Beckles.
