In 1881 Frederick John Nisbet 16yrs. was at boarding school in Sherborne, Dorset. He chose medicine as his career and after qualifying as a Surgeon he worked at Guy's Hospital, London. He lived with his brother, Edward Gibson Nisbet at 64 Gloucester St. Westminster in 1894.
Frederick John, in 1901, aged 36yrs, Surgeon, lived with his parents, John, 74yrs, now retired, and Lucy, 72yrs, at 11, Heene Terrace, Worthing. His widowed sister, Lucy Calcot, 46yrs, plus three cousins lived with the family, they employed a Cook, Table maid, Housemaid and Lady's maid.
