Susannah was born in 1857 in Shoreditch, Middlesex, lived most her life in London and died, a spinster,  on the 7 November 1952. in Maida Avenue, London. Her father, James Warren Elliott, was a dock sealer and dipper. Her mother, Rosetta Lydia Elliott, was a miliner, an occupation that Susannah and one of her sisters followed. She left £5,266.
