Life story

Audrey's father, John Herbert Bladon married her mother Ethel Frederica Powell at Chislehurst, Kent on 17 November 1881. Audrey was the youngest of four children being born on 19 August 1889. Her middle name was spelt with two "ff's" on her baptism document. She never married and seemed to have moved to Worthing to be near her mother who was living at the Old Manor House, 58 Manor Road when she died. Audrey died on 20 December 1961 and is buried with her mother. No probate announcement was found and therefore her last address is not known, although her brother Alan was living at 33 Rugby Road, Worthing. Audrey may have been living with him.
